1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Blockyto mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Blockyto is a block puzzle game developed by Twin Software. The App allows users to play puzzle games, track scores, complete missions, and make optional in-app purchases.

3. User Eligibility

The App is intended for users of all ages. However, users under 13 years of age should use the App under parental supervision. In-app purchases require parental consent for users under 18.

4. User Account

The App does not require account registration. Game progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including:

  • Virtual currency (coins)
  • Ad removal
  • Other virtual items

All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the app store's refund policy.

6. Virtual Currency and Items

Virtual currency and items purchased or earned in the App:

  • Have no real-world monetary value
  • Cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • Are non-transferable
  • May be modified or removed at our discretion

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements. You may remove ads through an in-app purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, sounds, and software, is the property of Twin Software or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Modify or interfere with the App's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWIN SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twin Software from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
